Paulina is an artist, dancer and tantric yogini, sharing beauty and art of yoga and meditation practice in México, where she currently resides. In her work she explores spaces of healing through art, conscious movement, breath, sound and meditation.

Once an international private equity lawyer, Paulina experienced consequences of living under chronic stress and a transition of “unplugging” from corporate matrix.

Her current work and passion is dedicated to contributing to a more artful, blissful  and compassionate world by supporting others in their search for a more fullfilling and abundant life through yogic mind-body wisdom, art and science. Her heart is aligned with His Holiness The Dalai Lama´s mission to preserve the wisdom and beauty of tibetan culture and dharma.

Directing all her energy to yoga practice and teaching has transformed her life and she is endlessly grateful for the abundance of being blessed with doing what she loves.

Outside of her yoga and meditation studio, you will find her horse riding or playing with her son by the ocean; sharing good laughs, music and slow food with soul family, catching waves somewhere off the beaten path.
